02 Booking and Payment:
Could you elaborate on your payment policy?
Enjoy the ease of booking with our convenient payment process. Upon reservation confirmation, an advance payment of 50% is requested, with the remaining 50% due 14 working days prior to your arrival.

Do you accept card payments at your villa?
Your convenience is our priority. We accept card payments, including AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process for all our guests.
03 Accommodation:
What are your check-in and checkout times?
Check-in commences at 1 pm, allowing ample opportunity to settle in and savor the surroundings. Checkout is scheduled for 11 am, ensuring a leisurely departure.

Is Wi-Fi accessible in your rooms?
Stay effortlessly connected to the world around you. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all our rooms and public areas, ensuring you can share your vacation experiences with ease.

Do you offer wheelchair-accessible rooms?
Regrettably, our rooms are not designed to accommodate wheelchair access. However, our team is dedicated to ensuring all guests experience the epitome of comfort during their stay.

Are children welcomed at you property? What is your child policy?
Indeed, children are warmly welcomed. Our child policy extends to those aged 0 to 6.99 years, who stay free of charge, while those aged 7 to 14.99 years enjoy a discounted rate of 50% of the adult rate. Children aged 15 years and above are considered adults.

Can guests request baby cots for their rooms?
Absolutely. Baby cots can be arranged in all our Sea view room & Garden view rooms, ensuring the utmost comfort for our youngest guests.

Can guests book the entire villa for their exclusive use?
Absolutely. Embrace exclusivity by reserving the entire villa, offering a minimum of 3 rooms for your private retreat.

Do you provide accommodation for drivers?
While being a boutique property we regrettably do not offer chauffeur accommodation, we ensure a seamless experience by providing options for driver/maid accommodation at an additional charge. Our reservations team or villa guardian can assist in arranging suitable accommodations for your convenience.

Do you have a minimum night stay policy?
No, there is no minimum night stay policy. You're welcome to enjoy your stay with us for as long as you wish, tailored to your preferences.
